Inclusive Dance is a weekly facilitated workshop for all abilities to explore and enjoy dance. During the sessions participants explore improvisation, movement in response to each other, personal expression and the creation of new choreography. The facilitated structure produces work that is visual and fun.
Developed through the partnership of COPE Foundation, Co-Action, Croi Glan Integrated Dance and West Cork Art Centre, Inclusive Dance is for people of all physicality’s and abilities, and no experience is needed.

She has performed with WCID in "Bridge" 2014, "Space" 2015, and co-choreographed "Wave" 2016. She has been a Contact Improvisation (CI) practitioner since 2007 and currently teaches and researches in CI with Tara Brandel. She also facilitates an ongoing movement improvisation class at An Sanctoir, Ballydehob, She was a movement collaborator in the " Into The Light" research with Tomasz Madajczak and The Happiness Ensemble (exploring aspects of suicide) which culminated in a multimedia performance at the launch of 'Lighting The Way West Cork'. Patricia originally trained in Okido Yoga and her journey through being a yoga practitioner has led her to her current focus on authenticity in movement.
