Inclusive Dance is a weekly, facilitated workshop for people of all abilities to explore and enjoy dance. During the sessions, participants explore improvisation, movement, personal expression and choreography.

Patricia describes the process of inclusive dance as, 'a meeting of bodies in a conscious and sensitive way...if done consciously and sensitively with oneself or another, it has the potential to shift awareness, perspectives, priorities, emotions and much more.'

Developed through the partnership of COPE Foundation, Co-Action, Croí Glan Integrated Dance and West Cork Art Centre, Inclusive Dance is for people of all physicalities and abilities, and no experience is needed.

Anyone interested should contact info@westcorkartscentre.com
