The Waves is a book by Virginia Woolfe exploring the continuously changing nature of the world and our self within it. It is a work searching for orientation amid the uncertain.

Curated by Public Engagement Artist Kate McElroy, Tonnta (Waves) displays artists responses from Cork City and County. The works displayed portray the dynamic responses from Cork Artists including photography, painting, ceramics, video, mixed media, drawing and sculpture.

Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre partnered with Sample-studios for this exhibition, bridging relations between Cork City and County.
