Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

By attending events at West Cork Arts Centre you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your performance start time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
• All Sales are final. Remember to verify the performance date and time on your tickets.
• For concession tickets – relevant ID must be produced on collection of tickets.
• Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the event is cancelled. All tickets will be offered subject to availability at the time of booking.
• West Cork Arts Centre management reserve the right of admission, even when tickets have been purchased.
• West Cork Arts Centre accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.
• West Cork Arts Centre management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Course/Workshop fees 

By attending courses / classes at West Cork Arts Centre you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class start time.
• For concession on fees – relevant ID or evidence must be produced on payment of fees.
• Where concessions apply they can be availed of by an adult medical card holder who may receive a 10% reduction or a parent/guardian enrolling 3 or more of their children at the same time to the same class, the 3rd and subsequent children are half price.
• Once purchased, fees cannot be refunded, unless the course/class is cancelled by West Cork Arts Centre. Exception may be made in the following cases:
• Cancellations prior to course commencement with more than one weeks’ notice
• Parents of children under 5 whose children leave after attending one single class
• if a person’s place can be filled by a full paying reserve
• West Cork Arts Centre management reserve the right of admission, even when course fees have been paid.
• West Cork Arts Centre accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.

West Cork Arts Centre management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
