• Read the information below and tick the corresponding box on the enrolment form to confirm that you have seen this.

Procedures for Alan Foley Academy of Dance
To make the experience as engaging and enjoyable as always and most importantly safe, below are some guidelines: 

• Do not attend if you are unwell. Please do not bring your child to ANY class if they are unwell.
• You MUST bring water. No snacks, as eating is not permitted in the studio.
• Please arrive dressed and ready for class
• Please make sure young children have been to the bathroom prior to class.
• Bathrooms available on level 3 (out the back door of the dance studio) and on level 4.
• Please do not wear jewellery or watches to class.
• Please do not bring anything valuable or precious items to class such as anything your child would be upset to lose. I.e. Teddies, jackets, hoodies etc.
• Please ensure your child is collected on time. We do not have supervision for children outside of your class times.
• The supervising staff at Uillinn are trained in line with West Cork Arts Centres H&S policy, are Garda Vetted and have completed the Tusla Children First Training.
• Alan Foley Academy of Dance has their own Child Protection Policy that the Academy adheres to. Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre’s Child Protection Policy will be adhered to at all times while on the premises.
